#SoTrendy | Canadian Tuxedo
We’ve all seen the denim on denim look, also known as the Canadian Tuxedo. The question is, are you intimidated to rock this look? Or maybe you just need some help putting this untraditional outfit together. This look can go horribly wrong, so we are here to show you the ropes. A few tips before we get started:
1) Play with colors and accessories to compliment the denim.
2) Don’t be afraid to dress up the denim. Pair your Canadian tux with a bold red lip, heels, or a blazer.
3) Try pairing different shades of denim together.
4) Have fun with it and be BOLD!
We have picked out some denim looks from the boutique that we think you need to try.
The first look features our denim trench coat over our denim sheath dress (which is 50% off right now). The shades of denim are slightly different giving it a nice contrast. This would look fabulous with red heels and a red lip to match.

This look is a professional and work appropriate way to incorporate denim into your wardrobe. We paired our Blue Denim Short Sleeve Button-Up with our Dark Blue Denim Pencil Skirt for a super sleek outfit. The red buttons on the button up give this look a nice pop of color. Throw a blazer on over it to dress it up or leave the top buttons open with an exposed bralette for a more casual look.

For all of you ladies who are intimidated by this look, we’ve picked out an outfit that is a little more modest to get you started. We used the same denim pencil skirt but added a floral top with a denim collar. This outfit is a super feminine look and perfect for Spring.
