We offer refunds for goods that are damaged. We don't accept returns. 

Classes

Our classes are limited in size (and frequently sell out!). Each person has a station with a sewing machine reserved for them, so no refunds are offered on classes. If you miss a class, video tutorials will be provided that you can work through in your own time. If you know you'll be missing a class in advance, contact us and we'll see if there's a seat available in a nearby session you could attend.

Private Lessons & Parties

When you book a private lesson or party, you're booking the studio & teacher's time. Those resources are reserved for you for the time you book. If you miss part of your booked time, you've missed that time. There are no refunds on private lessons & party bookings.

For bookings up to 4 hours long, if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the booked time, we'll issue you a gift certificate code good for 3 months that you can use to reschedule your booking.

The same goes for bookings over 4 hours long, except since the teacher's entire day, and likely much of their week, is scheduled around your booking, you'll need to contact us at least a week in advance of the booked time.
