Q: Why is your favorite garment to design? Why?

A: My favorite garment to design is a dress. I love dresses because I feel I can be more creative with them. They can range from simple shift dresses to elegant ball gowns. I love wearing them because they are easy to wear. I don't have to figure out what else to wear with them or coordinate matching pieces. It is one outfit that I can just throw on, zip up, and go on with my day. As a fashion designer and business owner, I am always doing something so putting on a dress makes my morning routine faster. Plus, you can dress it up or dress it down depending on where you are going.
