They don’t wear shorts much, but, when they do, this is their

Materials Required:
44” wide fabric:
Size 0-18: 1 1/4 yards
Size 20-38: 2 yards
Some interfacing for the waistband
2 feet of 1.75” wide elastic
(You can narrow wider elastic by cutting it)
