Pattern Drafting Shirts
In pattern drafting shirts, you create a series of shirts and sew them up out of muslin to perfect the fit. You can choose from a large variety of styles. You can also bring in pictures of shirts you want to make.
We are going to create collars, cuffs, plackets, flounces, ruffles, pockets, yokes and anything else you want to add to your designs.
We will create the shirts using your sloper blocks from flat pattern.
Throughout the 6 weeks we will cover multiple styles of shirts and have fitting in the muslin to make them fit you how you want. You can also choose to create the styles 1st in the half scale mini dress form and then in your size. We will also cover sewing and finishing techniques so you can have professional looking shirts. Custom made shirts just for you!

If you know you'll be missing a class in advance, contact us and we'll see if there's a seat available in a nearby session you could attend.
