We stand by our garments 100%, if your order arrives damaged or defective contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly process your order.
We do no refund postage, nor do we take exchanges on garments that have been damaged during washing.
We will reply to your email with a follow-up number, which you should clearly label on the outside of your return package prior to mailing.
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking information – USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Once your package returns to Anastasia, please allow 7-business days for your exchange to be processed. If the garment is available, we will ship it immediately. If a new garment needs to be constructed, we will inform you of the timeline.
